Member must come in during staffed hours and check in with our front desk staff who will provide them instructions with how to enter the club during non-staffed hours.

*This is a 12 Month Paid-In-Full Membership Pass. This pass expires exactly 1 Year after the date of purchase.

This membership grants the member 24/7 access to all CFX and Charter Fitness locations (excluding CFX-Wauconda).

There is no automatic renewal. This membership will simply expire after 12 months without any further billing.

“Team Training” included grants the member 1 free fitness assessment with a trainer and 1 free class trial.

This membership is non-transferrable.
