I have always had a passion for helping people and working out. After having children and going through my own struggle with my weight, I realized just how much your physical health plays a role in your mental health. I love helping people get healthy physically and mentally and seeing them achieve their fitness goals and feel confident in their bodies.
I don’t have a specific exercise that is my favorite but my favorite body part to work is shoulders.

Ditch the scale! Although a scale can be a helpful tool to help with accountability, it is not always accurate in tracking your progress and can become discouraging.
