What made you decide to become a Trainer
After having years of low self esteem and the lowest part of my life, I made the decision to get a gym membership, and I’ve never looked back. The gym saved my life. It made me not only stronger physically, but also mentally. I want to be able to teach anyone who/s willing to listen that you’re stronger than you think you are.
