Charter Fitness TEAM Training is designed to provide individuals of all fitness levels with a dynamic personal training experience in a small group setting. Together teams work to reach goals, encourage one another and get fit.
 
Be a Teammate
Discover the social way to train as you work out with a small group of your peers. One of our certified personal trainers will lead you and your teammates through a high-energy training session where you’ll work together to get results.
 
Be Committed
Make a commitment to yourself and to your team by signing up to work out together one, two or three times each week. Teammates will depend on each other for success so your attendance plays a role in everyone’s achievements.
 
Be Challenged
Improve your balance, coordination, cardio, and strength functionality through our group training sessions designed to meet the needs of all fitness levels. Exceed all of your own expectations while fueling your work outs with the energy your teammates provide.
