Charter Fitness is aggressively pursuing new locations in new and existing markets. PJV Commercial Real Estate represents Charter Fitness in locating, researching and leasing of all potential sites for potential franchise fitness center locations.
Typical Charter Fitness locations have a footprint of between 8000 to 13000 Square Feet but can be flexible on a case by case basis depending on where would be a good fit for a health fitness location.
