There’s no denying it – convenience is king when it comes to snacking. It’s no wonder the office vending machine is so popular; it’s easy, it’s mindless, but unfortunately it’s usually unhealthy.

However, your busy lifestyle does not mean you have to succumb to the vending machine, drive-thru window or gas station candy. There are plenty of healthy snacks that are perfectly portable and perfectly palatable.
