Healthy Recipes for Fourth of July BBQs

Get out your red, white and blue – Fourth of July is next week! We couldn’t be more excited for fireworks, parades and spending time with family and friends. Hopefully your fourth will be full of fun, friends and let’s face it, food. An all-American BBQ is essential for celebrating this summer holiday.

While we love a hamburger as much as anyone, we also know it’s best to balance out indulgences with healthier choices. As a general rule of thumb, we opt to eat our favorite foods at a BBQ and skip those that we don’t truly enjoy. In order to make your holiday plans easier, we’ve rounded up a handful of healthier recipes to add to your Fourth of July gathering.
