While some reasons may be perfectly valid, such as having to work late or the babysitter cancels last minute (hey, life happens!), most workout avoidance can be combated with a schedule.

Adding time to exercise on to your calendar the way you would any appointment helps make workouts part of your day and prevents you from having to figure out when to go to the gym each day. Scheduling workouts into your day also gives them the same importance as other appointments on your calendar.
